Prices:

Conference: SEK 8 200 (Approximately 7 200 NKr, 6 850 DKr, € 920, £ 800, US$ 1 300).
In accordance with article 53 in EU-Directive 2006/112/EEC all attendees will be charged Swedish tax (25% VAT). Price including tax is SEK 10 250. Companies within EU might electronically apply for VAT refunds from their national tax authority. Attendees from other countries can apply for reimbursement from the Swedish Tax Agency.

You can chose to pay via Visa/MasterCard credit card or via invoice. Invoicing will be made in SEK.

Invoice payment shall be made on the first occurring date of these two: 30 days from invoice date or September 30, 2011. An extra fee of SEK 150 will be added to invoices outside of Sweden.

Registration is binding.

Registration is personal, but might be transferred to other person after agreement.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellation must be made via email to info@macsysadmin.se. When cancellation is accepted an acceptance email will be sent to the sender.

Reimbursement:
Cancellation latest July 15, 2011 – 90% of the conference fee.
Cancellation latest August 31, 2011 – 50% of the conference fee.
No reimbursement for cancellation made on and after September 1, 2011.

Payment via credit card

Pay your conference fee secure and safely with Visa or MasterCard in direct connection with your registration. Payment is handled by CertiTrade with bank standard secure encryption. Your card details will be sent directly to the bank and can not be read by someone else. There is no extra charge to pay via credit card.

All sales are final, except when the Swedish law Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen is applicable.

Chose ”CertiTrade card payment” as payment type if you would like to pay with Visa/MasterCard.
