Prices:

Conference: SEK 7 800 (Approximately 6 500 NKr, 6 000 DKr, € 800, £ 690, US$ 995).
In accordance with article 53 in EU-Directive 2006/112/EEC all attendees will be charged Swedish tax (25% VAT). Price including tax is SEK 9 750. Companies within EU might electronically apply for VAT refunds from their national tax authority. Attendees from other countries can apply for reimbursement from the Swedish Tax Agency.

You can chose to pay via credit card or via invoice. Invoicing will be made in SEK.

Invoice payment shall be made on the first occurring date of these two: 30 days from invoice date or September 24, 2010. An extra fee of SEK 150 will be added to invoices outside of Sweden.

Registration is binding.

Registration is personal, but might be transferred to other person after agreement.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellation must be made via email to info@macsysadmin.se. When cancellation is accepted an acceptance email will be sent to the sender.

Reimbursement:
Cancellation latest July 15, 2010 – 90% of the conference fee.
Cancellation latest August 31, 2010 – 50% of the conference fee.
No reimbursement for cancellation made on and after September 1, 2010.
